Sunny PRO Club 2012 Member Summit

Sunny PRO Club members being greeted in Denver

Each year, SMA rolls out the red carpet for its valued partners: Sunny PRO Club members. This year, the members were treated to two action-packed days at the home of the Sunny Boy manufacturing facility in Denver, Colorado.

The members-only event included a variety of information, materials and a few outings. The Sunny PRO Club team was delighted to have delivered an exclusive experience to members.

A private tour of the SMA production facility kicked off the event. Friendly, knowledgeable Denver employees greeted and guided members through the production process.  Members were able to see first-hand where the Sunny Boy inverters are brought to life.

Colorado Rockies Game

The first day ended in style, as members caught a Colorado Rockies game from the comfort of Coors Field suites decked out with traditional baseball fare. The game was a memorable experience, even if the Colorado Rockies

did not pull off a win over the 2010 World Series Champions, the San Francisco Giants.

Advanced Technical Information

The event closed out with a technical focus. SMA professionals presented exclusive content on the soon-to-be-released Sunny Boy 240-US micro inverter and SMA transformerless technology. Industry presenters delivered information covering North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP), National Electric Code (NEC) and string design, and commissioning and inspection best practices.

The Sunny PRO Club was thrilled to show more than 80 of its members how much they are appreciated.  Planning for next year’s Member Summit is already underway—mark your calendar for August 2013.
