SMA Promotes Outstanding Employees in Service and Sales
SMA America is pleased to announce a few key promotions that have taken place within the organization recently. We applaud these employees for their stellar performance and success on behalf of their teams and the entire organization.
Jenna Denzin has been promoted to Director, Regional Contact Center. She began her career with SMA’s service department in 2015, and most recently held the role of Manager, Service Line. Jenna has also volunteered for nonprofit GRID Alternatives, which brings clean, affordable renewable energy to communities around the world.
“I am grateful for the opportunities I’ve had so far at SMA and look forward to advancing my career in renewable energy with SMA,” Denzin said.
Stephanie Fellenberg with SMA’s sales team has been promoted to Director, Sales Operations & Enablement. She began with SMA’s Service Logistics team in 2012 and joined the Sales team in 2016. In her previous role, she was Sales Support & Operations Manager, and prior to joining SMA she worked for Apple.
“This is such an exciting industry, and I am thrilled to be continuing my work at SMA in a new capacity and set an example for other women in the field,” Fellenberg said.
SMA has also promoted Noah Pirner to Contact Center Quality Assurance Manager, moving up from the role of Contact Center Supervisor. Pirner, a U.S. Veteran, joined SMA’s service department in 2021 following his time in the Army, where he served as an IT specialist.
“This company has been a great place for me to apply my passion for IT and hone my leadership skills. I am thankful for the opportunity to grow here.”
