SMA Executives to Speak About O&M at Solar Asset Management North America

Solar Asset Management North America is the region’s must-attend event focused on the operational phase of PV assets.  SMA is a proud diamond sponsor of the event hosted by Solarplaza on March 13 – 14 in San Francisco where two of our subject matter experts will be participating in panel discussions.

SMA America is a renowned authority in Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services for PV plants, leveraging more experience than any other O&M provider. Jamie Mordarski, senior manager of operations and maintenance (O&M) for SMA America, has worked in 15 countries and has more than 20 years of experience in power generation, field service, maintenance, controls and operations in nuclear power, fuel cells and photovoltaics. He will share case studies and best practices on insurance and warranty claim procedures on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m.

On Wednesday morning, Chuck Smith, executive vice president of Global Operations and Maintenance Sales and Solutions, will share valuable information on strategies to grow solar portfolios.  He will talk about the main possible challenges, the selection of the right tools and structures, and the priorities when selecting assets.
