    I have 3 2000HFUS-30 inverters I’m trying to get connected to my computer, and have already got the Portal APP.
    It’s asking for the PIC & RID information and I can’t find it anywhere.
    Now What?

    Hi, I have the SMA 6.0 US inverter and trying to connect it to sunnyportal. do I have to be at home next to the inverter to register it? i keep trying from my work computer but says device needs internet connection. can this be done wireless or do i have to plug into the inverter with a laptop? i am now assuming i have to log into it like i do the user interface at home. thanks
