Tech Tip: Installation of the Sunny Boy Smart Energy

The current SMA Tech Tip shows how quickly and easily the new Sunny Boy Smart Energy can be installed as part of the SMA Integrated Storage System.

The Sunny Boy Smart Energy combines a modern photovoltaic inverter and a storage system and is, along with the Sunny Home Manager, one of the core components of the simplest storage solution currently available for residential applications.

Our colleague Jan explains how it works in the new video.

Happy watching.

I definitely want to go total solar in my house in Enugu Nigeria. My output requirement is 5Kv Inverter for my 5000Watt total usage. I am presently living in Mainz Germany and in the process of a partial relocation to Enugu Nigeria. Do you have a sales representative in that Part of Nigeria or must I have to bye the system and transport it myself to my destination ?
Note: I will also appreciate a hookup with one of your tech. Sales person for a more in depth knowledge on how I can best actualize my project.
    Thanks.

Evidently I need 8ooAh of battery capacity
Would you have an inverter/charger available that would also meet my future PV requirements
Do you have Sunny Boy unit that will meet these requirements
How much will it cost to supply and install?

      Hi,
Thanks for your interest in our inverters. Please have a look at this website.
The Simple Storage Solution or the Flexible Storage Solution might fit for your PV system.

For further information and the the price, please ask an installer. It’s necessary to have more information about your house, surrounding etc.
      Best regards,
      Sarah

    Dear Sir,
I would like to provide electricity to a building with two apartments.
Both apartments will be provided electricity by a single kit. I want a
kit that is hybrid. That means with possibility of being recharged by
solar panels or public electricity (or generator).

    Each apartment has following equipment:

    2 x Refrigerator/Freezer.
    1 x Laptop
    1 x Desktop
    1 x TV
    12 x Light
    1 x Washing machine
    1 x Iron.

Kindly suggest a kit which can support the above load, multiply by two
(two apartments). If possible an expandable system with growing power
    needs.
    Best Regards,

    Jean
