Healthy and delicious – our cafeteria
Lunch at the SMA cafeteria
The cafeteria menu changes daily and green symbols throughout mark the host of healthy meal choices. Alongside a generous salad bar there are also vegetarian dishes and plenty of fruit to take with you. I was initially drawn to an adventurous choice: the banana chili soup, and, wow, was it good. It was delicious uncharted territory. Next up was the main course. The selection included baked calamari strips, Indian curry and pan-fried, traditional German Leberkäse. For under three euros, I ended up with a generous slice of Leberkäse with mashed potatoes, vegetables and sauce. This food is even good enough for Grandma's kitchen.Now for dessert, wild berry pudding, latte macchiato mousse or fruity strawberry tiramisu? Easy. I'll take all three! I'll definitely be back tomorrow.
